One Heart Academy is an organisation consciously involved in the awakening of the human race during this time of great transformation. We believe that to achieve change on a global level, personal transformation must come first.

Our approach promotes this change through meditation and love, awareness and compassion, freedom and joy. We organise events and workshops that support and develop these qualities in individuals.

At One Heart Academy, we recognize that there is no journey to be made from here to enlightenment. Enlightenment already is the case; we just need to grow aware of it.

Through deep meditation, we reach states of intense awareness and a potent feeling of bliss and connection to the whole existence. This heightened state allows our bodies, minds, and hearts to heal quickly and effortlessly.

Swami Amandeep

Lead Faculty at One Heart Academy

Swami Amandeep is a certified Tantra Teacher and Faculty at Tantra Essence, world renowned organisation, developed by famous Ma Ananda Sarita. 

Before meeting Sarita in 2016, Amandeep has for many years studied with Drunvalo Melchizedek, who's work focuses on methodology of the Sacred Space of the Heart and Merkaba (human light body) science. He is also a certified Tantra Hatha Yoga Teacher, qualified in Akashic Records reading and past life regression methods, Siddha Kundalini Energy Healing techniques, as well as being a shamanic Third Eye Journey facilitator and an Emotional Fluidity coach and certified massage therapist of Lomi Lomi Nui, ancient Hawaiian temple massage technique. His life long love affair with Indian mystic and enlightened master Osho, makes Amandeep an expert on Osho meditations, emotional release techniques as well as methods of counterconditioning and trauma healing.
Swami Amandeep is a founder of Waiheke Mystery School, meditation centre in New Zealand, which has been successfully transforming people's lives since 2015. https://waihekemysteryschool.co.nz/

Faculty at One Heart Academy

A wellness practitioner with a passion for helping humans unlock their inner light and find balance within, leading journeys through the consciousness for a deeper self exploration & self realisation. Valeska specialises in creating safe and nurturing containers that facilitate inner transformation of participants.

Passionate about Tantra, a spiritual tradition, which emphasises the integration of physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the self. 

She is eager to share techniques that aim to expand consciousness and access a state of unity or oneness with the divine / Source / Universe while understanding & deepening the journey of being a Human on Earth. 

Valeska feels a calling to assist people with their healing, channelling light and love through Reiki energy, Sound Healing and using crystals as tools. With a vibrancy for life, she enjoys devotional singing as a way of meditation through Kirtan gathering . 
Empowerment of women is a cause dear to her Heart, and she loves hosting Sacred Women’s Circle, where Sisterhood unfolds in all its power and vulnerability.

Letisha is a visionary and entrepreneur. Originally from Malaysia and now based in New Zealand. She was only diagnosed with Tourettes Syndrome and ADHD in her adult years. Since then, she has experience remarkable benefits from energy work,and healing. Her vision is to bridging and bring holistic methods between East and West.
